INTRODUCTION
Our goal is to create and communicate your value to your website visitors. Some projects involve editing existing sites and others require the building of a new site from scratch. We realize that each client is unique, but in general each project follows a basic process. Through the entire process there will be extensive communication between the client and the designer.
PART I: PRE-CONTRACT
Before giving an accurate quote, we need a basic understanding of what you want and your budget. This might involve a bit of work on your part, but click here for a helpful guide for getting started.
PART II: ANALYSIS
In this stage we start getting into the details! What are you short and long-term goals? Where are you looking to go and how will this site help you to get there? Here we will also:
  • Prepare a time frame and estimate (contract)
  • Analyze you company and its competitors
  • Determine a marketing strategy
  • Plan site architecture
  • Create a site map
PART III: CREATION
During this stage we will:
  • Define the final design
  • Develop graphics
  • Create all main pages and page templates
PART IV: PRODUCTION
In this stage we will actually bring everything together to build the site. Here we will:
  • Integrate content into the page templates
  • Integrate add-on’s if needed
  • Complete site specifications
PART V: TESTING
Here the site will be tested in a variety of browsers and setups to ensure its quality.
PART VI: LAUNCH
After the site has been tested and approved by you, the site will be launched.
PART VII: MAINTENANCE
This is an optional, but very important aspect of the overall success of your website project. Your site can be updated for changing customer needs. The sites statistics of usage can also be analyzed to employ new marketing strategies to ensure a competitive edge.
